Description
Ozone Injection is an allotropic oxygen form and performs numerous activities when administered. One dose is equivalent to one treatment in a hyperbaric chamber.
*Increasing of pyruvate oxidation, thus increasing Acetil-Coa production;
*Activation of the cellular enzymal protection system against peroxides, oxygen and ozone free radicals;
*Activation of the erythrocyte metabolism;
*Increasing the 2,3-diphosphogliceric acid cycle;
*Increasing of the redox function of the mitochondrial respiratory chain.
Dosage and Administration: Horses: Administer 25ml in a 5% Dextrose fluid solution (jug) by intravenous injection 24 hours prior to event.
